The Spare Parts Department of Nissan Commonwealth occupies a total floor area of about 600 square meters including a parts warehouse carrying 100% Genuine Nissan fast moving parts as well as parts nationally carried by all Nissan dealers.

The entire workflow of the parts department is fully computerized to ensure precise recording and issuance of ordered parts from the warehouse to the customers. Each inventory item is classified and easily identified through the Noren Tagging System. It also utilizes Nissan's computerized Mercury Parts Express System which provides for online inquiry on parts availability and order processing at NMPI's Central Parts Warehouse in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. NISCOM's parts inventory is effectively managed through the use of NMPI's NIDICS 2+, a computerized system for inventory control and service operations monitoring. With these systems in place, customers are assured that genuine Nissan spare parts are always available.
